Director Marketing Operations

• Lead marketing planning processes including annual planning, budget management, and forecasting.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to optimize lead lifecycle and pipeline velocity.

Marketing Technology (MarTech) Management

• Oversee marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
• Manage CRM integrations (Salesforce or similar platforms).
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize new marketing tools and technologies.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM).

Analytics & Performance Optimization

• Build multi-touch attribution models and ROI measurement frameworks.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Optimize demand generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Develop executive-level reporting and board-ready metrics.

Process & Workflow Optimization

• Design scalable workflows for campaign management and lead routing.
• Standardize documentation and operational best practices.
• Improve collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Team Leadership

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing operations team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Manage vendors and external agency relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or related field.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
