DevOps Lead

• Drive containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Ensure high availability, scalability, reliability, and security of systems
• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment frequency and system stability
• Enforce DevOps best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8–12+ years of IT or software engineering experience
• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps / SRE experience
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (multi-cloud is a plus)
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and scripting (Bash, Python)
