Responsibilities / Requirements

· Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting experience with hardware and software

· Familiarity with PC, Laptop, and Thin Client devices

· Experience in document operating procedures and adept ticket notation ability

· Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system

· Experience with Asset Management & Inventory Control – Scanning, updating, tracking, collection, and overall management of CLIENT assets to ensure accuracy and availability of equipment

· Perform employee moves to include equipment tear-downs, installs, and cable management

· Ability to work independently and in a large group setting

· Effective organizational, planning, and time management
