Qualifications
IT Specialist - Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
Seniorxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxmonths: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.
5+ years of Experience installing/troubleshooting PCs and data communications equipment and Printers and servers.
12 Months of Experience installing/troubleshooting VOIP phones
5 year of Experience conducting technical site surveys and data cable installation
3 years of Experience in desktop support.
Day-to-Day tasks
Submit internal requests to fulfill site surveys and monitor progress to resolution
Act as liaison between ITS and DOL for site surveys
Implement, configure, install, troubleshoot, relocate, and remove various network equipment on site as needed "
