Cyber Security Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Analyst to protect our organization’s systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will monitor security systems, identify vulnerabilities, and respond to security incidents to ensure the safety of company information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor network traffic and security alerts using SIEM tools
• Identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
• Implement security controls and best practices
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards
• Investigate suspicious activities and provide incident reports
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, and endpoint security
• Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, etc.)
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP)
• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
• Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, PowerShell) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field.
