Role: Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (GenAI)
Location: McLean, VA (Onsite – Monday to Friday, 5 days/week)

Job Overview:
This role focuses on enabling and supporting GenAI capabilities on AWS. We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with hands-on experience in AWS GenAI services, particularly AWS Bedrock, along with strong AWS infrastructure and networking expertise.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10–15 years of hands-on experience designing and supporting AWS platform infrastructure in enterprise environments
• 1–2 years of recent, hands-on experience in GenAI enablement on AWS
• Strong experience with AWS Bedrock and AWS GenAI services
• In-depth understanding of AWS Networking including VPC, VPC Endpoints (VPCe), PrivateLink, Route53, and Security Groups
• Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization using SCPs, IAM Policies, Roles, and KMS
• Hands-on experience with CloudFormation template design, development, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Python and Shell scripting
• Hands-on experience with EKS
• Experience with Jenkins, Git (Bitbucket), and Artifactory
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience supporting cloud-based applications at the platform level
• Strong understanding of Linux, containers, networking, databases, and security/data flows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have / Preferred:

• Experience with AWS Backup
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure
• Experience with OpenAI integrations

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience (Required)
