Required Skills:

Extensive Experience on AgentForce and Certified 

1. Must Have 13+years of experience in Salesforce Development  with Sales/Service cloud: APEX, Aura, LWC
2. Integration with other applications
3. System Configuration: such as Process Builders, Flow, validation rules, and managing user permissions.

4.    Architecture & Data: Designing scalable software architecture and handling CRM data migrations, particularly from legacy systems like Microsoft Dynamics.

5.    Tools & Process: Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo), Git/Bitbucket, and operating within Agile/Scrum environments.

6.    Agentic AI & Integration: Agentforce, CTI etc.
