Job Description
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of professional experience in the Contact Center Engineering/Support field.
At least 2 years of experience with any CCaaS solution, specifically with Twilio.
Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for API integration and development.
Hands-on experience managing adjunct system integrations (e.g., Aspect WFM, Calabrio Call Recording, Email/Social Media Suites).
Familiarity with third-party tools like ServiceNow, Kibana, and Splunk.
Strong ability to work with minimal supervision and a keen, proactive approach to problem-solving.
🌟 Preferred Skills (Big Plus!):
Prior or current experience with the Twilio Contact Center Platform.
Experience managing omnichannel channels (phone numbers, chat, etc.) within Twilio Programmable Voice/Chat.
Developing Twilio Insights reports/dashboards for contact center reporting.
Experience in Agile Development and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipeline and deployment automation).
