• 15+ years in Business Process Management (BPM)
• Strong hands-on experience in Camunda 7 & 8, including environment setup and troubleshooting
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices
• Solid understanding of BPMN, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
• Experience in designing scalable, enterprise-grade workflow solutions
• Front-end exposure (HTML5, CSS3, JS) and database experience (Oracle/MySQL)
