We are hiring a Mid-Level Business Systems Analyst to lead investment data integration initiatives, focusing on data flows from Eagle, Compliance, Vendors, and Brokers into Charles River.

The Role:
Analyze business processes & define system requirements
Translate complex business needs into technical specs & user stories
Liaise between business stakeholders & IT in an Agile environment
Ensure data accuracy via validation, reconciliation, & error analysis
Support IBOR technologies, data products, & system enhancements
Mentor junior BAs and maintain SDLC standards

Qualifications:
10+ years of BSA experience; 5+ years in Financial Services (Buy-side preferred)
Deep knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income, & Derivatives
Strong SQL skills for querying investment data
Experience with Charles River, Eagle, Azure, & IBOR technologies
Excellent communication skills & ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
