Supports CFO-owned business processes by documenting end-to-end workflows, performing operational risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements. Partners with process owners to improve process documentation, identify risks and controls, and drive process improvements using Lean/JKK and change management practices.
