Role: Business System Analyst with Telecom Domain Exp.

Location: St. Louis, MO / Can be remote

Experience Needed: 8+ Years

Required Skills:

• Experience with ICOMS (Integrated Communications Operating Management System) and CSG (CSG International)
• Experience creating process flows, using Visio/Blueworks, etc.
• Experience gathering functional and technical requirements.
• Experience creating As Is-To Be state. Current/Future State
• Experience with GAP Analysis, risk and dependency tracking.
• Agent elicitation experience.
