Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and stakeholder-focused Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to support satellite technology production within the Leo ProdOps ecosystem. This role blends advanced BI engineering expertise with strong program and stakeholder management capabilities to drive data-informed decisions across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams.

The ideal candidate has deep SQL expertise, strong reporting experience, and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance) to deliver data-driven solutions.

Define, track, and report KPIs to improve production efficiency and operational performance.

Develop scalable, self-service dashboards and reporting solutions.

Write complex, high-performance SQL queries across AWS or other database platforms.

Build and maintain efficient data pipelines for recurring and ad-hoc analytics.

Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to enhance data quality, accessibility, and governance.

Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.

Required Skills (Top 3):

Analysis & Reporting: 5–6+ years (Advanced level)

SQL / Database Querying (AWS or similar): 5+ years

Program & Stakeholder Management: 5+ years
