Business Analysts

The IT Business Consultant devises measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects and any related improvement initiative. Identifies and analyzes performance measures and metrics, develops and maintains balanced scorecards and dashboards, and evaluates and monitors performance in IT-related areas. May include network performance management, application performance management (APM), (operating) system performance management (physical and virtual/cloud) and business transactions performance. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.


Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of technical experience
5+ years of project management and requirements-gathering experience
Experience in problem analysis and process documentation
Experience with Microsoft office suite
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of technical experience
Knowledge of SQL
Experience analyzing and presenting complex data
Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability
Six Sigma Certified
