Job Requirements: 
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report design, and dashboard development)
Proven business analysis and data analysis experience within a collaborative environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in clear, professional English
Ability to ask the right questions, synthesize information, and explain findings
Demonstrated ability to build working relationships with business users, leaders, or clients
High attention to detail with sound judgment and accountability for data quality and accuracy
