Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and management to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRD).
• Analyze current business processes and identify improvements.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Prepare functional specifications and user stories.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams.
• Perform gap analysis and impact analysis.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Create reports and dashboards for business insights.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Requirement gathering and documentation.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Basic understanding of databases and APIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Certification like CBAP/ECBA (optional).
