"• Experience as a Business Analyst in banking, payments, or fintech
• Hands-on experience with Real-Time Payments (RTP) platforms - e.g., The Clearing House RTP, FedNow, or similar
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with payment gateway integration, banking APIs, or core banking systems
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart."
