6+ years Business Analyst or similar experience
Strong business process modeling & requirements elicitation expertise
Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio, MS Office
Agile/Scrum experience (user stories, acceptance criteria)
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
SQL knowledge for data analysis/validation
