*• Creating themes/epics/user stories/acceptance criteria according to Agency standards.
• Convert existing use cases to actionable user stories/epics/acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Analyze existing process documentation and document potential opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support development and implementation of various initiatives.

Minimum Candidate Characteristics:
• 4+ years of Senior BA experience
• Experience supporting Agile project delivery
