Business Analyst

• Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation processes
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role
• Strong understanding of business process modeling
• Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and data analysis
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience in a specific domain (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, etc.)
• Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
