Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Logistics Planning and Supply Chain domain experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Transportation stakeholders to gather business requirements, perform process analysis, and support logistics planning systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders from Logistics, Supply Chain, and Transportation teams to gather and document business requirements
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and process walkthrough sessions
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flow documentation
• Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes
• Support configuration and enhancement of logistics systems
• Analyze and improve logistics planning processes including transportation and inventory management

Required Skills & Experience

Business Analysis Skills

• Strong experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
• Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, and use cases
• Gap analysis and process improvement experience

Logistics / Supply Chain Domain (Mandatory)

• Experience in logistics companies like UPS or similar environment preferred
• Demand & Supply Planning
• Transportation Planning
• Route Optimization
• Fleet Management
• Warehouse Planning
• Inventory Planning

Tools & Systems

• TMS (Transportation Management System)
• WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• ERP Supply Chain modules (SAP/Oracle preferred)

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools
• Logistics system configuration or enhancement experience

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Business Analyst with Logistics / Supply Chain industry experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with planning tools and enterprise supply chain systems
