About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Analyst / Integration Analyst with strong expertise in HL7 and healthcare interoperability to support clinical and operational data exchange across healthcare systems.

This role will work closely with EHR, Laboratory, and Ambulatory teams to analyze workflows, define interface requirements, and implement reliable system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
·        Gather and document business and functional requirements
·        Translate business needs into technical specifications and test plans
·        Analyze workflows and map healthcare data (HL7)
·        Design, implement, and maintain system interfaces
·        Collaborate with development and third-party teams
·        Support EHR, Lab, and Ambulatory integrations
·        Track issues, manage change requests, and support project milestones
·        Produce weekly project status reports

Required Skills & Experience:
·        5+ years of experience in healthcare systems integration
·        Strong expertise in HL7 (v2.x preferred)
·        Experience with InterSystems IRIS for Health / HealthShare
·        Bridges Certification (Required)
·        Experience working with EHR systems
·        Strong understanding of application programming, databases, and system design
·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Experience:
·        Experience with interface engines (Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, Mirth)
·        Experience in healthcare interoperability standards
·        Background in Healthcare IT environments

Education:
·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
