Business Analyst - Advanced

Job Title: Business Analyst - Advanced
Location: Tallahassee, FL (Local Candidate only)
Duration: 4+ Months Contract with possible extension

Key Responsibilities:
·        Gather and document business and technical requirements
·        Perform As-Is / To-Be analysis and process modelling (Visio)
·        Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies
·        Manage user stories and backlogs in Azure DevOps
·        Support data migration, data validation, and system integration efforts
·        Create use cases, test cases, and coordinate UAT
·        Prepare executive-level documentation and funding support materials

Required Qualifications:
·        5+ years of Business & Systems Analysis experience
·        Strong Agile/Scrum and SDLC knowledge
·        Experience with Azure DevOps
·        Proficiency in Visio and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
·        Experience with Power BI
·        Data migration and testing experience

Preferred:
·        Government or public sector experience
·        Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, or CSM.
