Big Query Developer

What you will do
Build detail & summarized data structures within reporting & analytics data layer to support development of complex and comprehensive dashboards & reports
Work independently and collaboratively with data engineers, data scientists, data visualization team, and subject matter experts to design backend database objects
Required Qualifications
3+ years overall as a Google Cloud – BigQuery developer
3+ years of experience in BigQuery and SQL including developing data structures to support reporting and analytics.
Experience in data modeling to transform and prepare data for reporting & analytics.
Preferred Qualifications


 

• At least 3 years of development experience in health care – Care Management, PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager / Prescription Benefit Manager), Claims
• 5+ years of experience in BigQuery and SQL including developing data structures to support reporting and analytics.
• Prior experience in data warehouse & analytics area is highly desirable.
• Experience with Tableau is a plus but not needed
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as communication, time management, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• Must be comfortable working with remote teams and senior members of business units and product owners. 
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively drive projects to completion.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
