BI Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Build and optimize data pipelines using MS Fabric (Lakehouse/Warehouse) and Snowflake
Design high-performance Star Schema data models
Develop executive-grade Power BI dashboards (UX/UI focused)
Write advanced DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL
Optimize report performance (Snowflake SQL + DAX)
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace governance
Partner with senior leadership to define KPIs and tell data stories
Work in Azure DevOps (backlogs, stories, delivery tracking)

Required Skills:
Expert Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Service)
Strong Snowflake & SQL
Experience with MS Fabric / OneLake / Data Factory
Strong communication & executive presentation skills

Nice to Have:
PL-300 or Snowflake certification
Client-facing or leadership-facing BI experience
