About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AWS Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on supporting large-scale applications through high-level Cloud Security, Performance Optimization, and Scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced cloud solutions and ensure the reliability of mission-critical services.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Design and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure to support enterprise-level applications and services.
•    Implement best practices for Cloud Security, Monitoring, and Performance Optimization.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions into existing legacy and modern systems.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
•    Stay updated with evolving AWS services, features, and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.
•    Provide 24/7 support for cloud-related incidents through an on-call rotation.
Essential Skills:
•    8+ years of proven experience as a Cloud Engineer with a primary focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
•    5+ years of hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
•    5+ years of experience in Configuration Management using Chef and Ansible.
•    In-depth knowledge of core AWS Services: Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Simple Storage Service (S3), and Relational Database Service (RDS).
•    Strong understanding of Cloud Networking, Security, and Scalability concepts.
•    Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
•    Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools such as AWS CloudWatch and Splunk.
•    Familiarity with DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
•    Solid understanding of Agile Methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
•    Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•    AWS Solutions Architect Certification.
