Assembly Manufacturing Engineer

🔩 What You’ll Be Doing:
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes and systems.
Design and procure tooling and equipment.
Troubleshoot day-to-day production issues and drive improvements.
Implement and validate work instructions via SAP M.E.
Maintain bills of materials and work orders.
Support customer requests and lead process improvements.
Collaborate daily with a cross-functional team in an office/shop floor environment.
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
—OR—
✅ 3+ years of hands-on shop floor manufacturing engineering experience
Required Technical Skills:
AutoCAD or 3D modeling software proficiency
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter able to work with minimal direction
Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP M.E. ECC
Time study and workflow rebalancing experience
Familiarity with routing in ERP systems
