🔍 Mandatory Requirements:

✅ 10+ years of overall IT experience
✅ Strong background in AI / Machine Learning
✅ Hands-on Application / Software Development experience
✅ Traffic Technology experience is a MUST
✅ Experience with State Department of Transportation (Any State)
✅ Exposure to IoT (Internet of Things)
✅ Working knowledge of JIRA
