𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲
We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer with strong expertise in Appian BPM to design, develop, and deliver high-quality applications in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the Appian platform, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently on complex requirements.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Design, develop, and implement applications using Appian BPM in alignment with business requirements.
Develop and manage Case Management Services within Appian.
Work on Appian components including Tempo, Mobility features, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, and Deployments.
Perform impact analysis for changes and provide technical guidance to the team.
Independently manage and deliver Jira stories within sprint timelines.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Ensure quality, scalability, and performance of Appian applications.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Strong understanding of Appian platform architecture, BPM fundamentals, and Appian technical features including Designer and Configuration components.
Hands-on experience with Appian BPM application design and development.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins and Bitbucket.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Continuous Integration practices.
Proven ability to work effectively in short sprints and fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently while also mentoring and guiding team members when required.
