able to support Apigee X at the platform level
manage Apigee organizations, environments, and environment groups
create and manage API proxies for application teams
create and manage shared flows, KVMs, and flow hooks
experience supporting production incidents and SLAs
set up Apigee X from scratch in Google Cloud
