Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer with React Native expertise to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, local to Austin, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Android mobile applications using React Native
• Build reusable components and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile application development experience
• Strong experience with Android development
• Hands-on expertise in React Native
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript
• Experience integrating REST APIs
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
