Job Description:

We are seeking a strong SAP Basis Lead with hands-on expertise in S/4HANA Administration on RISE to lead AMS support and ensure system stability, performance optimization, and database excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP S/4HANA system administration on RISE environment.

Manage and support HANA Database administration, monitoring, and performance tuning.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance issues, system bottlenecks, and DB-related incidents.

Oversee transport management, system refreshes, upgrades, patching, and kernel updates.

Drive proactive system health checks, capacity planning, and optimization.

Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams for high availability and stability.

Provide strong communication and stakeholder coordination in AMS support model.

Must-Have Skills:

15+ years SAP Basis experience.

Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA on RISE administration.

Deep expertise in HANA DB administration & performance tuning.

Strong troubleshooting skills in production performance issues.

Excellent communication skills (client-facing role).
