Job Description:
This role focuses on two key areas: Strategic Cross-Functional Expansion: Support strategic thinking and change leadership as the organization expands beyond consumer to provider and core operations. Drive execution and alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring effective change management and operational readiness. AI Initiative Leadership (Izzy Project): Oversee the progress of the AI initiative (Izzy), collaborating with analytics teams, developers (India), and data scientists. Ensure smooth project execution, leveraging tools (Leidos 360, data integration platforms) to pull and contextualize data.
