AI/ML Engineer

Role: AI/ML Engineer ( FULL TIME)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 Days onsite/week)

Salary: $130K P/A+ Benefits

Job Description: 

6+ years in AI/ML engineering, data science, or advanced analytics.

Hands-on experience developing AI POCs and prototypes.

Strong knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).

Familiarity with generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, AI/ML frameworks and automation strategies.

Experience with cloud AI services and APIs.

Skills:

Strong AI/ML model development capabilities, Python/SQL skills and rapid prototyping ability.

Ability to move quickly from ideation to functional demonstration.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.

Comfort with ambiguity and iterative experimentation.
