Hiring: AIML Engineer
📍 Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid — 3 days/week)
🛂 Visa: H1B on C2C (through employer). All other visas must be open to W2.

We’re seeking a hands-on AIML Engineer to design, evaluate, and deploy high-quality prompt pipelines and generative AI solutions in production environments.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Linguistics, Data Science, or related field
Strong understanding of LLM ecosystems including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Meta models
Hands-on experience in prompt engineering, tuning, or conversational AI
Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face
Experience with NLP techniques, vector embeddings, and RAG architectures
Strong analytical skills to evaluate model behavior and debug outputs
Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
