Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Business Analyst to support advanced data, automation, and decisioning initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, translating complex AI/ML concepts into actionable business requirements while working closely with cloud and data engineering teams.


Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for AI/ML solutions
Work with stakeholders to define data-driven, automated, and decisioning workflows
Create and maintain BPMN models and process documentation
Collaborate with AI/ML, data engineering, and cloud teams on AWS-based solutions
Support model lifecycle activities, including requirements traceability and validation
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and stakeholder workshops
Ensure solutions align with business goals, compliance, and governance standards


Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience working on AI/ML or advanced analytics initiatives
Hands-on experience with AWS
Proficiency in BPMN and process modeling
Strong background in data analysis, automation, and decisioning
Experience working in Agile environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI/ML model governance or MLOps
Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government, etc.)
Experience supporting hybrid or in-person teams in New York
