Job Description: AI Strategy Lead

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented AI Strategy & Innovation Lead to drive the exploration, identification, and strategic application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across our diverse business processes. This critical role will be responsible for understanding our current operations, identifying opportunities for AI-driven improvements and efficiencies, and developing a comprehensive roadmap for AI adoption. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across all business units to define use cases, assess feasibility, and create recommendations that deliver tangible business value.

Responsibilities:

AI Opportunity Identification:

   * Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes across various departments (e.g., operations, sales, marketing, customer service, finance, HR) to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for AI leverage.

   * Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies and their potential applications across different industries and business functions.

   * Actively listen and ask insightful questions to thoroughly grasp the nuances of specific business challenges.

       * Facilitate design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions with business stakeholders to uncover potential AI use cases.

* Partner with the AI Solution Architect to determine the appropriate branch of AI to use to solve the identified opportunities. 

AI Strategy Development:

   * Develop a comprehensive AI strategy roadmap outlining prioritized AI initiatives, timelines, resource requirements, and expected business outcomes.

   * Define clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI adoption across different business areas.

   * Collaborate with AI Solution Architect and data science teams to assess the technical feasibility and data requirements for potential AI solutions.
