AI/ Gen AI Developer

Experience: 10+

Job Descriptions: 8+ years of IT experience with at least 2+ years of AI / Gen AI experience

AI/ML Knowledge: Familiarity with core AI/ML concepts, technologies, and the AI project lifecycle (from data preparation to model deployment).

Data Literacy: Understanding of data concepts, data sources, data quality, and collaboration with data professionals.

Hands-on experience with ML frameworks

Strong programming background in Python, deep understanding of machine learning algorithm, familiarity with Java/Scala

Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, tools and cloud services

Working knowledge of SQL and handling structured/unstructured data.

Understanding of model performance metrics, bias and explainability

Lead the architecture, design and integration of AI models into production systems and enterprise applications.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translate complex AI concepts, and present project updates.

Leadership and Team Building: Ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a collaborative environment, and manage diverse skill sets.
