AI Enterprise Architect

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement enterprise-grade AI architectures and define AI strategy aligned with investment performance, risk, and regulatory requirements
• Establish standards for Generative AI, Machine Learning, and real-time inference in financial systems
• Design, develop, and deploy AI models including NLP, Computer Vision, Speech, Conversational AI, and Document AI
• Deliver production-grade, end-to-end ML solutions (data preparation, training, deployment, monitoring, and updates)
• Apply MLOps practices to streamline development, deployment, and monitoring
• Integrate AI solutions with AWS, Azure, or GCP and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or TFS
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services

Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in AI/ML, including MLOps, Text Analytics, and Generative AI
• Strong proficiency in Python and Java
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn
• Expertise in machine learning and neural network architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformers, Ensemble Models, SVM)
• Experience with NLP tools such as NLTK, SpaCy, and Gensim
• Experience with MLOps tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, or Azure ML
• Knowledge of Airflow or other workflow orchestration tools
• Experience with microservices and REST APIs (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Postgres, Neo4j)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
