✔ 10+ years of AEM development experience
✔ Strong Java / J2EE expertise (Spring, Hibernate preferred)
✔ Hands-on experience with Apache Sling & OSGi Framework
✔ Knowledge of JCR (Apache Jackrabbit Oak)
✔ REST API development & integrations
✔ Experience with HTL (Sightly)

🔹 AEM Expertise:
✔ Custom AEM Components, Templates & Dialogs
✔ Workflow design & implementation
✔ Dispatcher configuration (Caching & Load Balancing)
✔ AEM authoring, publishing & content management
✔ AEM upgrades & maintenance
