Candidate needs to be local to Dallas & must be ready for In-person Client Interview.

Required Skills:

• HTML/CSS Beginner
• JS Beginner
• Personalization or A/B Testing experience ( this could be from a technical side OR from a business side)
• Critical Thinking/Problem-solving skills - methodical/logical thought process, Hypothesis generation, etc.
• Natural curiosity
• Communication Skills - must be able to adjust communication to fit audience (Technical/Mktg/Leadership)
• Experience with Digital Analytics
• Adobe Target experience
• Experience with Adobe Analytics
